The firm has represented clients in courtrooms throughout Florida and across the nation, for over 40 years.


The West Palm Beach office is seeking a service-oriented Sr. Intake Case Specialist who is empathetic, possesses excellent listening skills, and is proficient in both English and Spanish.


  • Review the preliminary information from the Intake Coordinator and work with the potential client to gather all the circumstances and details related to the potential case. Prepare the potential client’s intake paperwork and input the information in the case management system.
  • Conduct internet and external research as needed and appropriate.
  • Conduct internal conflict research on all potential new cases.
  • Make decision to either accept or turn-down the case.
  • Work closely with legal teams in assigning new case to ensure a smooth process.
  • Add value to the intake process by providing careful evaluation and appropriate recommendations.
  • Contact all potential incoming clients via the firm’s website, email and US mail.
  • Meet with all potential client walk-ins.
  • Conduct and follow up on potential client intake consultations.
  • Follow all firm guidelines and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications


High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher preferred.


Experience


Five or more years of experience in legal, medical or insurance claims field required.


Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required.


FileVine experience preferred.


Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
