Summary
The Legal Contracts Supervisor will provide comprehensive legal support to the organization's U.S operations, with a primary focus on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. This role will partner closely with internal business units to ensure legal matters are handles in alignment with corporate policies, industry regulations, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and administer a broad range of commercial agreements including:
    • Master Service Agreements
    • (MSAs) Transportation, Logistics, and Warehousing Agreements
    • Vendor, Supplier, and Customer Contracts
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contract amendments
    • Support legal needs related to automotive logistics, transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, finance, HR, and sales to support business initiatives
    • Assist with corporate governance, internal controls, and policy development
    • Manage and support the contract life cycle process, including contract templates, approvals, and documentation
    • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the automotive and logistics industries and provide guidance to internal stakeholder
    • Significant involvement in the placing of insurance coverages and working with insurance companies
  • Assist in overseeing employment and other litigation
    • Assist with drafting company policies
    • Special projects assigned
    • Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range
$74,000 - $84,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
