About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our growing law firm in Lynnwood, Washington. This is an in-person position supporting your team Case Manager, Attorney, and Clients throughout the personal injury claims process. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, compassionate with clients, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the clients case.
  • Open and maintain case files.
  • Request and organize medical records and billing statements.
  • Draft correspondence and legal documents.
  • Manage attorney calendars, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Track treatment progress and case status updates.
  • Assist with settlement packages and case preparation.
  • Maintain accurate case management records.
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant, preferably in personal injury law.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
