Davis Rothwell Earle & Xóchihua P.C. is seeking to add a bright, creative, motivated LEGAL ASSISTANT to its Seattle office. DREX has been zealously defending clients in the Pacific Northwest for over 40 years, with 30+ attorneys between Portland and Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity for the person desiring a long-term rewarding career with an established high-quality, respected law firm.

In the role of legal assistant, you will be the primary assistant to multiple attorneys in the Seattle office, in a team-first environment, working on behalf of a range of individual, small business, and corporate clients. Must have excellent administrative and organizational skills; first-rate grammar and communication abilities, as well as the ability to effectively interact with others. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. Undergraduate degree preferred. Experience in managing case files, attorney calendars, and docketing, familiarity with state, federal, and local court rules, familiarity with ProLaw, cloud sharing programs, and video-conference programs are all a plus.

The position is full-time, with a 37.5-hour work-week, and is open to consideration for persons at all experience levels, including entry-level. The position is planned to be in-office.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability, with 100% employer-paid-premium options, FSA, and 401(k) with employer contribution. Salary range for the position is heavily-variable, depending on prior experience, with a salary range of $45,000-$80,000, plus annual consideration for discretionary raises and bonuses. Parking is available for the in-office position.
