Job description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our firm. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with case management and legal matters.
  • Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case files.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other parties.
  • Order and review documents and help move files efficiently from opening to closing.
  • Answer phones and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
