Marketing Coordinator

Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation | Park City, Utah

If you're a creative marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life through digital content, design, and storytelling, this is an opportunity to help grow participation in winter sports, increase event attendance, and share the stories behind our Olympic venues. The Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support engaging content across multiple platforms that inspire athletes and visitors. Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position based primarily in Park City, with travel to Kearns and Midway, UT

  • Monday-Friday schedule during normal business hours
  • Occasional evenings, weekends, early mornings and holidays to support events and projects
  • Starting at $45,000 annually, depending on experience

You’ll join a collaborative marketing team supporting three Olympic venues. This role spans multiple digital platforms, events, and community experiences, giving you the opportunity to build a diverse marketing portfolio while making a visible impact on participation and engagement.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of marketing or communications experience
  • Experience creating digital content across email, social media, and websites
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software) and digital marketing tools
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple venues and occasional evenings or weekends for events

A Day in the Life

Your day might start by reviewing email campaign performance before building content for upcoming programs and events. From there, you’ll update website pages, coordinate online products with Guest Services, and create social media content showcasing athletes, community events, and recreation. You’ll design graphics, support seasonal voucher campaigns, and help launch digital marketing efforts, with some days spent on-site capturing photos and video, supporting events, and collaborating across Utah Olympic Park, Utah Olympic Oval, and Soldier Hollow to bring the Foundation’s story to life.
