Description

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PERSONAL TRAINER:
  • Motivate and lead members through enjoyable exercise programs developed for their needs.
  • Help members to set and reach their fitness goals through positive interactions, each session.

*This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PERSONAL TRAINER:
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Ability to motivate others.
  • Must enjoy teaching others.
  • YMCA Personal Training Instructor or equivalent.
  • Accredited personal trainer certification (ACSH- American College of Sports Medicine, ACE- American Council on Exercise, NSCA- National Strength and Conditioning Assocation, NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine)
