This is an afternoon role (Monday-Thursday, approximately 12/12:30-4:30 PM). At Legacy Academy, character development is the foundation of all learning.

We believe that who a student becomes is as important as what they learn. This is done through consistent expectations, shared language, and real-time coaching of student behavior and decision-making.

Our classrooms are multi-age and mastery-based, requiring teachers to support students working at different levels and paces simultaneously. Teachers actively monitor progress, provide targeted instruction, and maintain a structured, purposeful learning environment where students are both supported and held accountable. This role is designed for educators who are serious about the joyful work of education: those who are reflective, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Teachers at Legacy are expected to take ownership of both the academic and character development of their students. Credential Requirements (including Certification and/or Education Requirements): No credential required, although preferred. Current enrollment in education or related subjects is also preferred.
