Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years.
Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.
We're currently seeking a Concierge for our multi-family portfolio of properties.
Candidate will work Part-Time at The Kingsley our new luxury property in South Plainfield, NJ
Position Overview:
As a Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our leasing and management office. You will serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, and visitors.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a seamless living experience for all residents.
MUST WORK WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS-FLEXIBLE SHIFT!!!
This will generally consist of 4 eight hour days with additional hours possible based on staffing

Responsibilities
Resident & Guest Services:
  • Oversee the front desk, warmly greeting residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
  • Provide community and amenity information, assist residents with key/gate card requests, and facilitate inquiries.
  • Offer refreshments to guests waiting to meet with a leasing consultant.
  • Assist with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding residents on self-submission.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to provide recommendations for local dining and entertainment options.
  • Engage with residents and prospective residents to enhance customer experience and resident retention.
Event Coordination & Community Engagement:
  • Support the Senior Concierge, Resident Specialist, and Leasing Team in planning and executing resident events such as parties, movie nights, and special celebrations.
  • Arrange small gestures for resident milestones, including birthdays, engagements, weddings, and losses.
Package Management & Office Operations:
  • Manage the package room, ensuring accurate acceptance, resident notifications, and proper distribution.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, restock coffee bars, and monitor office supplies.
  • Prepare leasing materials such as brochures and floor plans for prospective residents.
  • Ensure model and vacant units are clean and ready for tours.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures for the leasing office, ensuring readiness each day.

Administrative & Support Duties:
  • Route calls efficiently, schedule tours and appointments, and assist with general inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed.
  • Oversee the weekly Sunday breakfast, including shopping, setup, and cleanup.

Social Media Management:
  • Regularly update the community's social media platforms with high-quality content showcasing the community lifestyle and promoting available units.
