Oregon Restoration is the premiere Water Damage, Mold Mitigation and Repair company in Oregon and SW Washington for over 18 years. POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead complex residential and commercial reconstruction projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role is built for a Project Manager who thrives on running multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining control of schedule, budget, and documentation, and operating within a structured system that connects production directly to billing and cash flow.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS (AND IS NOT)

This is NOT a traditional PM role where you โ€œown everything.โ€

This IS a role where you:

  • Own execution, budget, and documentation
  • Operate within a defined system
  • Work alongside Coordinators and Estimators
  • Focus on delivering clean, billable, well-documented projects

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage 20-30+ reconstruction projects simultaneously
  • Execute projects on schedule and within budget
  • Build and maintain project budgets
  • Identify and communicate scope changes immediately
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and materials
  • Ensure all work is ready for billing through proper documentation

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of construction project management experience
  • Experience with Insurance Disaster Restoration required
  • Proven ability to manage high project volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with large loss (required) and commercial reconstruction projects (preferred but not required). Fire/Water/Mold experience required.
  • Building planning experience preferred
  • Strong field knowledge across multiple trades
  • Experience maintaining project budgets and controlling costs

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong working knowledge of Xactimate
  • Experience with permitting and inspection processes
  • Understanding of local building codes and compliance, including but not limited to reading blueprints
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and scopes
  • DASH experience (preferred) or similar job file management software experience
