Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage overall contract execution, project schedules, and progress documentation from start to finish.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee project budgeting, cost monitoring, monthly billing, and complete cost-at-completion analyses.
  • Subcontractor Management: Lead trade buyout, negotiate terms, and draft clear subcontracts.
  • Client & Owner Relations: Direct design changes, manage associated costs, and settle change requests collaboratively with owners.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with field pros, clients, and consultants to deliver top-tier projects on time.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
  • Experience: 5+ years in construction management, successfully delivering 2โ€“3 projects valued at $20M+.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in buyout, contract negotiation, scheduling, owner change management, and project cost controls.
