Job description

We are working with our client to locate a Learning Program Specialist to support a global, technology-focused learning program within a Customer Experience organization. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role responsible for running a mature training operation while also supporting enterprise software rollouts and continuous learning program improvements.

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Duration: Through December 31, 2026 (strong potential for extension)

Hours: 32 hours per week / 4 days per week (set schedule, Fridays off)

Location: Hybrid Seattle area (approximately 95% remote / 5% onsite for training delivery in SeaTac/Seattle area)

Travel: Occasional travel to Honolulu and onsite training sessions as needed

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, training program management
  • Proven experience operating and/or administering Learning Management Systems (LMS); Cornerstone LMS strongly preferred
  • Experience managing end-to-end training programs including scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and delivery for large or global audiences
  • Strong understanding of learning analytics, reporting tools, and training effectiveness metrics (surveys, instructor evaluations, engagement data)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently run training operations while balancing strategic program ownership and hands-on execution (DRI mindset)
  • Experience promoting or marketing learning programs to drive adoption and engagement across enterprise audiences
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools; Copilot experience strongly preferred
  • Background working in enterprise or global training environments with high-volume course catalogs

The pay range for this is $50.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
