MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Program Analyst supporting CIS, you will help drive performance success of a large, complex technology program. You will support planning, execution, reporting, and coordination activities across Engineering, Operations, and Tech Refresh service areas. Your work ensures resources are aligned, risks are mitigated, deliverables stay on track, and the programoperateswith clarity and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Program Manager in managing program cost, schedule, performance, and contractual obligations
  • Develop,maintain, and track program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams
  • Oversee daily program management activities, including subcontract coordination, material requests, personnel accountability, and internal tasking
  • Manage and track labor, travel, ODCs, and billing inputs; ensure accuracy andtimelyreporting
  • Prepare,monitor, anddisseminatecontract deliverables across Engineering, Operations, and Tech Refresh activities
  • Maintainthe master program staffing plan, ensuring alignment between requirements, labor categories, hiring, and onboarding
  • Coordinate internal resources to support operational, engineering, andproject drivenneeds
  • Identifyand help mitigate program and project risks through collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
  • Supportcross teamcommunication, documentation, and status reporting tomaintainalignment across the enterprise

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • CLEARNACE: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • EDUCATION:

    Program Analyst Senior - Requires a Bachelor's degree in an ITrelated field or 10 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
    Program Analyst Principal - Requires a Bachelor's degree in an ITrelated field or 12 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.

    Experience supporting program or project management activities in a large, multifunctional technical environment
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and contract deliverables management
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with program management tools and reporting processes
  • Strongproblem solvingskills and the ability toanticipateand mitigate risks
  • US citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
