Product Manager
Location: Orlando, Florida (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to support Local Marketing, Direct Marketing, and Retail Marketing business changes. This role is focused on the technology used to book and manage prospects within the timeshare marketing sector. The position involves serving as the product management representative for marketing stakeholders, acting as a local business technology subject-matter expert, and organizing the backlog for new marketing ideas. This is a 12-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Product Management partner for Local, Direct, and Retail Marketing stakeholders, managing new ideas, enhancements, and defects.
  • Establish and maintain an intake process for new marketing ideas, enhancements, and technology investments.
  • Translate business needs into features, stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a centralized, prioritized backlog and communicate priorities, risks, and decisions.
  • Develop expertise across systems and processes supporting prospect generation, lead management, and appointment booking.
  • Understand how Marketing, Contact Center, and Sales teams use technology throughout the prospect lifecycle.
  • Lead stakeholder reviews to confirm priorities, align expectations, and evaluate business value.
  • Perform initial discovery on new ideas to clarify the business problem, assess value, and assist with solution design.
  • Support UAT strategy, defect triage, and release readiness activities.
  • Act as the local Product Management extension for Orlando-based stakeholders, maintaining regular in-person engagement.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a role such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Technology Product Manager.
  • Experience with timeshare or call center environments.
  • Direct experience managing product backlogs, intake processes, prioritization, and requirements.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including stakeholder management, communication, and documentation.
  • A proactive, flexible, and critical-thinking mindset.
  • Must be based in the Orlando, Florida area and available to work in the office or field locations at least three days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a call center or sales center environment; reservations experience is also beneficial.
  • Experience supporting customer acquisition, lead management, appointment booking, or sales support functions.
  • Experience with call center platforms, CRM solutions, or lead management systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or Confluence.
  • Product management certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
