Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager that will lead the design, development, delivery and success of selected learning and development products and components. The position will focus on product strategy, research and definition, development, internal and external releases, tracking success and iterating to improve outcomes.

The Product Manager serves as subject matter expert in all things related to the use of the product, its place in the market, the competitive landscape and product positioning.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of selected Vector Solutions training software products.
  • Perform market research to understand target markets.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders. Regularly review and adapt it based on changing business or market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to define product initiative requirements and scope for our engineering teams.
  • Consult with Sector Management to develop product positioning, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA and User Experience teams to ensure designs and completed product features meet customer expectations and market demands.
  • Assist in the coordination with other departments of release deliverables and critical launch activities to enable timely and effective product releases.
  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years as a Product Manager or similar role in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle in a medium to large software company.
  • A strong technical background with an understanding of software development and software product management.

Preferred:

  • Pragmatic Marketing Framework or similar product management focused certifications
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
