The Product Manager will drive education of the platform, increasing engagement and retention, while encouraging users to apply their knowledge and build successful businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities that are in-line with business goals and expectations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive initiatives.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Develop strategies and tools to boost user engagement and increase the lifetime value of users.
• Oversee and facilitate training process and educational content to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Leverage community engagement to drive business outcomes and enhance product growth.
• Encourage users to contribute to the community by sharing insights, feedback, and content.
• Foster active participation within the community, increasing interaction with the platform.
• Analyze user flows within to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark against best practices and enhance the educational product.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of one year experience in managing educational products or platforms
• Expertise in community management or in management of products with large community.
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with product development and integration processes.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent data analysis skills and experience in data-driven decisions.
• Experience in designing and conducting product experiments and developing MVPs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
