We're looking for an Academic Partnerships Manager to forge in depth-relationships with universities in the United States and beyond. You'll be joining the Base44 Education movement- creating and maintaining learning partnerships with college campuses, online learning organizations, student groups, and international professional learning organizations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning complex ideas into clear educational content and storytelling. You'll work on case studies for faculty, presentations for students, oversee research projects with Base44, support student ventures built on Base44, and evangelize the power of vibe coding across the US.
Note: We are seeking NY-based candidates who are able and willing to work on-site three days per week.
Qualifications
  • Strong personal belief in the power of higher education for students all over the world
  • Understanding of the AI+ education landscape (what do Universities think about GenAI? How does it work in the classroom? How do students use GenAI in and out of class?)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in educational environment (bolstering students' excitement and engaging them in the platform)
  • Driven and enthusiastic about building and maintaining long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders such as students, faculty, and learning organizations
  • Ability to create learning materials and teach in diverse classrooms
  • Experience working across timezones and interest in forging partnerships in new markets around the world (e.g. Australia, UK, Africa, LATAM and more)

The approximate base compensation is $130,000 - 140,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
