Responsibilities

Howyou’llmake an impactinthis role 

  • Develops and executes departmental policies, operational plans, and capacity strategies while managing capital, operating, and construction budgets. 
  • Oversees daily building operations, utility and energy management, grounds maintenance, and furniture/equipment inventories to ensure safe, efficient plant functioning. 
  • Acts as the primary liaison for remodeling and construction, managing the entire vendor lifecycle from bids and contract compliance to project execution and system shutdowns. 
  • Establishes a safe work environment through audits and training, ensuring strict documentation and compliance with local, State, Federal, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. 
  • Leads and mentors staff and contract labor, overseeing scheduling, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and operational excellence. 
  • Serves as an organizational change agent to drive process efficiencies while maintaining strong communications with internal leadership, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
