Job description

Your Work Matters
The Associate Program Manager - Learning Technology owns the day-to-day operations of Floor & Decor's learning ecosystem, including managing the learning management system (LMS), delivering data analytics and reporting, and independently evaluating new learning technologies. This role is central to keeping learning platforms running effectively and ensuring associates have consistent, high-quality access to training and development resources.
Your Days Will Consist Of
LMS Administration, Content & Learner Experience
  • Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course assignments, and platform configuration.
  • Publishing, deploying, and maintaining learning content across platforms to ensure the content library remains accurate, accessible, and well organized.
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming inquiries through the shared team inbox, ensuring timely resolution and support for associates and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting learner and content issues while partnering with vendors and IT teams to resolve platform-related challenges and maintain system integrations.
  • Ensuring quality assurance standards are met across learning platforms by validating content functionality and optimizing the learner experience.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Pulling, compiling, and analyzing learning data to monitor completion rates, learner engagement, and platform utilization.
  • Maintaining recurring dashboards and reporting cadences to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and performance visibility.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities through data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Measuring and reporting on the adoption and effectiveness of learning programs and technologies, translating findings into clear recommendations.

Learning Technology Evaluation
  • Researching and evaluating emerging learning technologies and tools, developing structured assessments and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinating vendor demonstrations and pilot programs, tracking outcomes and synthesizing results into concise summaries for stakeholders.
  • Assessing AI-enabled learning solutions and documenting evaluations that support learning technology and platform strategy.
  • Documenting current-state processes, systems, and capabilities while identifying gaps and opportunities to inform future learning technology investments.

You'll Be Successful With
  • 2-5 years of experience in learning technology, L&D operations, or a related digital/technology role
  • Demonstrated experience managing a learning management system (LMS, LXP, or similar), including configuration, user management, and content deployment
  • Experience with reporting and data tools; ability to compile and present data clearly
  • Experience with Axonify or similar frontline learning platforms preferred
  • Experience with or working knowledge of AI-enabled learning tools is a plus
  • Experience with common authoring tools (Vyond, Articulate, AI, etc.) is a plus

  • Proficiency in LMS administration and learning platform operations, with the ability to independently manage system configurations, content deployment, and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
