Position Summary: As a Sales & Outreach Specialist, you'll bring a positive, professional attitude and strong product knowledge to support our account managers and help grow customer relationships.

Sales & Outreach Specialist Responsibilities: 

Core Purpose: Own top-of-funnel sales activity so senior reps can focus on closing. Write and manage outbound sequences, pre-vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and ensure consistent multi-touchpoint outreach.

  • Write, test, and manage outbound email sequences in Apollo (with AI assist)
  • Pre-vet inbound and outbound prospects against documented ICP before discovery is scheduled
  • Ensure minimum touchpoint standards are met across all active prospects
  • Maintain and update CRM pipeline activity accurately
  • Support discovery scheduling and handoff to senior reps
  • Pre-vet event exhibitor lists to identify / target conversations on the expo floor
  • Experiment with messaging, hooks, and outreach formats to improve response rates
  • Assist with event prep and occasional in-person brand representation

What we’re looking for:

  • Must work in-office, 8 hours/day
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume communication
  • Curious about AI tools, willing to learn sales automation platforms (Apollo experience a plus)
  • Strong written communication; can write concise, compelling outreach
  • Detail-oriented with CRM hygiene
  • Growth mindset; clear path to Account Executive for the right person
