What Makes This Role Great:
As a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager, you'll work with leaders across the go-to-market organization to create and drive forward sales enablement strategy and programs. This individual contributor will develop enablement strategies and plans with the focus of providing the sales team the necessary training to successfully and accurately message and position products, and win deals - with the ultimate goal to increase sales. You'll be building the next wave of sellers by engaging with our Sales Development Team, and you'll create learning programs to increase foundational knowledge. You'll be a key part of a Center for Excellence team who is collaborative, innovative, influential, and fun! Your role may include the following:
Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and execution of the ongoing SDR Readiness Program to build a high-performing pipeline of sales talent.
  • Design and launch strategic learning programs that guide sellers through critical transition points across various markets, industries, and strategic accounts.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end instructional design initiatives, transforming complex concepts into interactive virtual, classroom, and e-learning training modules.
  • Collaborate directly with cross-functional leadership stakeholders to align enablement strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Harness cutting-edge sales technologies to measure program effectiveness and quantify your impact on sales productivity.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Seven or more years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning and development, ideally within a hardware or software company.
  • Proven mastery of the ADDIE instructional design model, with a track record of creating impactful training materials, job aids, and evaluation structures.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executives at all levels.
  • Experience utilizing advanced sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, and core sales technologies.

Bonus Points For
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Seismic platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with the Docebo learning management system.
  • Background in setting and executing global sales enablement strategies.
