Why This Role Matters:
The Senior Learning Systems Admin is responsible for providing exceptional advanced level support for all learning technologies, administration at the global level for the Learning Management System (Cornerstone), support and implementation of the Skills Tracking Platform (Kahuna), technical support for the Medical Library, complex implementations, system maintenance, integrations and reporting.
This role supports the global team of system administrators and provides vendor relationships for all MVH learning systems. This role contributes through research and testing any new horizon technologies to explore and test to create a seamless Associate experience.
You Will:
  • Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
  • Provide administration of company-wide system enhancements and implement new learning assets and curriculums.
  • Provide support and lead by example for the learning system admins to maximize use of the platform.
  • Build relationships with project learning teams and BU learning partners to ensure project deliverables are planned and manageable for the learning systems and learning systems team.
  • Participate, test and manage (as needed) the systems integrations, to ensure a positive learner experience and proper reporting capabilities.
  • Manage the learning assets to provide data within the data lake to report on compliance information and key learning inputs.
  • Configuration and implementation readiness of the Kahuna Competency & Skills Tracking platform for MVH; system and asset maintenance and company system administration, as well as reporting.
  • Ensure learning content items are implemented and packaged based on program design; contribute to program design based on knowledge and expertise of system capabilities.
  • Administer the MVH Medical Library technical support, SNOW ticket management and reporting.
  • Respond to Associate request for support within the defined SLAs, thoroughly researching and testing to provide best recommendations/fix.
  • Demonstrate and share knowledge with system admins by meeting regularly and contributing to their growth in knowledge and use of the system

Your Experience Should Include:
  • Bachelor's Learning & Development or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Required: Experience managing a Learning Management System (currently CSoD) with the ability to integrate multiple HR systems and technology (i.e., TMS).
  • 3+ years current Cornerstone (CSoD) experience, certification a plus.
  • Required: Experience implementing a learning management system to a large-scale audience, with multiple positions and locations.
  • Preferred: Experience with creation and modification of learning content.
  • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline a plus.
  • Preferred: Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).

Salary range: $119,618- 186,966
