D amp;G is seeking an Individual Training Analyst to support the administration, development, and continuous improvement of the U.S. Strategic Command Training Program. This role helps ensure military and civilian personnel receive the training necessary to maintain readiness across USSTRATCOM mission areas through structured training plans, curriculum management, learning management system administration, and senior leader training support.

The ideal candidate brings experience in military training programs, instructional systems design, and joint operational environments, along with the ability to coordinate training efforts across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Provide support with maintenance of a standardized training plan and training program format.
• Support identification of individual and collective task crosswalks and development of executable training plans and programs within Directorates and Components.
• Administer training plans, programs, and records within the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Learning Management System.
• Review Directorate and Component training plans, programs, and records for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Senior Leader Training (SLT) within USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Military Aide and PEOC watch stander training.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Foreign Liaison Officer training assigned to USSTRATCOM Headquarters.
• Assist with validation and tracking of the Commander’s Battle Staff (CBS) Training Program, including verification of assigned personnel and training currency.
• Apply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology to analyze, design, develop, coordinate, administer, manage, deliver, and evaluate USSTRATCOM mission-related training products and courses.
• Develop, maintain, and update training content within JKO LMS and other approved training platforms.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Program Manager.

What We Are Looking For

Required

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Management, International Affairs, Military Studies, Public Policy, Education, Training Development, or related field preferred; equivalent military operational experience may be substituted.
• 7 years of demonstrated experience supporting individual training programs and applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.
• Experience supporting one or more USSTRATCOM mission areas at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM level.
• Experience developing, administering, or managing military training programs and training records.
• Strong communication and briefing skills with the ability to effectively engage military and civilian stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-tempo operational environments.

Clearance and Eligibility

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Travel

• Approximately 10% CONUS travel.

• On site at Offutt Air Force Base, Bellevue, Nebraska.
