About the Role
The HR Coordinator II is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department and the planning, organization, and execution of daily tasks. This role involves handling complex team member-related data, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks. The role requires a proactive approach to improving processes and resources, as well as a problem-solving mindset to address inquiries.
Responsible for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of training courses within the LMS.
This role involves maintaining and updating team member records in HR systems, handling confidential team member information with a high level of discretion, and supporting the administration of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal regulations. It also includes managing the HR ticketing system and inbox by responding to inquiries with a problem-solving mindset and seeking answers independently before escalating. Additionally, the role requires managing and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation, as well as taking ownership of projects, process improvement initiatives, and coordinating activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing logistics. The role further involves generating and analyzing HR reports to support decision-making, demonstrating curiosity and a proactive approach by asking questions to understand processes, tools, and content, and proactively collaborating with senior team members and HR to provide comprehensive support.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Typically, 2+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling team member-related data and information.
  • Ability to pick up tasks quickly and work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work within a team as well as provide support to other teams within Human Resources.
  • Must have experience in the independent use of one of the following: HR Information Systems, LMS, collaboration tools, assessment and evaluation tools.
  • Requires a high level of problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and creativity to help find solutions to complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience with HR software and systems such as Workday
  • Experience with Workday Learning module
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, or other data management software.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in automating HR processes and workflows using technical solutions.

$23.98 - $32.99
