Job description

Job Title: LMS Coordinator

Location: Northbrook, IL *3 days a week onsite

Industry: Manufacturing

Pay: $36 -$39 / Hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contract for 6 months

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30-5 pm

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update learning content within the organization's Learning Management System (Workday Learning).
  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure the learning course catalog remains current and well organized.
  • Manage the shared learning mailbox, responding to inquiries promptly and providing excellent customer service to learners and stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing learning administration and operational processes to ensure a high-quality user experience.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of HR experience within operations or HR
  • Workday preferred, any HRIS experience required
  • Bachelors Degree highly preferred
  • Comfortable managing high-volume calendars and inbox triage
  • Detail oriented with a strong execution mindset
