We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Learning Management Systems & Training Specialist to join the globally recognized Bell & Gossett Little Red Schoolhouse team. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator of our Learning Management System while helping deliver exceptional customer education experiences that support professionals across the HVAC and hydronics industry.

This role gives you the opportunity to influence the entire customer learning journey, from enrollment and engagement through certification and completion. You'll combine LMS expertise with customer-centric program support to help deliver world-class learning experiences for customers, partners, and industry professionals.
This role follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week onsite.
What You'll Do
Learning Management System Administration (Approximately 75%)
As the primary LMS administrator, you will:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and day-to-day administrator for the Absorb Learning Management System.
  • Manage course catalogs, learning paths, certifications, curricula, enrollments, and learner records.
  • Maintain system integrity, data accuracy, user access, and learner reporting.
  • Troubleshoot user, system, and tracking issues while partnering with IT and support teams as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports on learner participation, completions, certifications, engagement, and training effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and LMS optimization.
  • Support scalability, consistency, and operational excellence across customer education programs.

Customer Learning Experience & Program Operations (Approximately 25%)
You will help ensure a seamless experience for every learner by:
  • Supporting instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
  • Managing registrations, communications, attendance tracking, certifications, and learner support.
  • Coordinating logistics for onsite training programs, including scheduling, hospitality arrangements, lodging, transportation, catering, and special accommodations.
  • Partnering with instructors and stakeholders to execute annual training schedules and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supporting continuing education accreditation reporting and documentation.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and proactively addressing learner needs.
  • Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the Bell & Gossett Little Red Schoolhouse.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System.
  • Experience with platforms such as Absorb, Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar LMS solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality learner experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting customer education, training operations, or learning programs.
  • Experience administering Absorb LMS.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with learning content tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to enhance PowerPoint presentations and training materials to improve user engagement and visual consistency.
  • Experience in HVAC, hydronics, technical training, or industrial manufacturing environments.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem, we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
