Job Title: Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator / Specialist

Position Overview:
The Cornerstone OnDemand LMS Administrator / Specialist supports federal government clients by administering, configuring, and optimizing the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System to ensure compliance, workforce development, and mission-critical training delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
LMS Administration & Configuration:
• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS.
• Configure curricula, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training.
• Manage users, roles, security, and HRIS integrations.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
 
Training & Content Management:
• Manage e-learning, ILT, and VILT content.
• Support onboarding, mandatory compliance, and role-based training.
• Ensure alignment with federal training requirements.
 
Reporting, Analytics & Compliance:
• Develop standard and ad-hoc LMS reports.
• Track completion, certifications, and compliance metrics.
• Support audits and contract reporting.
 
Stakeholder Support:
• Act as LMS SME for government clients and program teams.
• Provide Tier II/III support and documentation.
• Develop SOPs and job aids.
 
Process Improvement:
• Recommend LMS best practices.
• Support implementations, migrations, and expansions.
 
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Cornerstone OnDemand LMS administration.
• Experience in compliance-driven environments.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Federal agency or government contracting experience.
• LMS integrations and reporting expertise.
• Section 508 and cybersecurity familiarity.
 
Technical Skills:
• Cornerstone OnDemand LMS
• SCORM / AICC / xAPI
• Reporting tools, Excel, Power BI
 
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and client-focused
