  • Support budgeting, cost management, testing, and implementation of LMS enhancements and organizational learning projects, including SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in learning, training, or LMS administration within a large, complex organization; SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Proven people leadership experience, with a strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
