The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, coupled with demonstrated ability to use generative AI for rapid prototyping, content generation, and process optimization. You should be adept at balancing speed and quality, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards through AI-augmented workflows.

Key job responsibilities
* Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
* Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
* Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various enhanced by AI for scenario generation, assessment creation, and content personalization
* Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives utilizing AI to generate first drafts, variations, and quality improvements
* Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
* Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
* Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
* Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies with particular focus on emerging AI tools and their applications in instructional design
* Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
* Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs
* Pioneer AI-driven processes that enable the team to scale content production while maintaining quality standards and reducing time to deployment
