What you bring as a Team Member:

As a Lead Teacher, you will oversee the classroom’s instructional direction by designing and spearheading age-appropriate activities that advance the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of your students. You are responsible for the strategic implementation of the curriculum, ensuring a seamless educational progression from infancy through school age to achieve optimal kindergarten readiness. In addition to guiding the Assistant Teacher in daily care routines—such as feeding, hygiene, and rest periods—you will serve as the primary point of contact for families, utilizing the Classroom Management system to maintain professional and transparent communication. As a classroom leader, you will also collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director to uphold the highest standards of early childhood education and operational excellence.
