Job description

The Talent Development Coordinator, plays a hands-on role in bringing our training and development programs to life and shaping meaningful learning experiences across the organization.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, team leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the design and delivery of programs that help employees grow, lead, and succeed. From coordinating dynamic training sessions to enhancing content and tracking program impact, you'll be at the center of initiatives that strengthen our culture of continuous learning.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where you'll gain valuable experience, build strong partnerships, and make a tangible impact on employee development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Help plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs-including onboarding, leadership development, and sales training.
  • Manage program logistics such as scheduling sessions, sending communications, tracking attendance, and preparing materials.
  • Partner with the team to create and update training content, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Gather and organize participant feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Support seamless execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid training events, including coordinating technology and vendor needs.
  • Monitor training-related communications and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Track participation and generate reports to measure program success and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify speakers, panelists, and moderators, and coordinate preparation sessions.
  • Assist with performance management and talent assessment initiatives.
  • Manage and promote the company's selected learning platform to support ongoing development.
  • Maintain and optimize the learning management system (Workday), including tracking completions and ensuring compliance.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience supporting programs in human resources, learning & development, talent management, or a closely related function (e.g., coordinating training, managing employee data, or supporting talent initiatives).
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of leadership development or adult learning principles, with the ability to apply them in real-world settings (e.g., training coordination, facilitation support, or content development).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (e.g., data tracking, basic formulas, reporting) and experience creating professional presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, including prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated through accurate data entry, reporting, or documentation management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting professionally with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday (Learning, Talent, or Performance modules).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning or Gallup CliftonStrengths.
  • Skills in instructional design, graphic design, or video creation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline 360, Rise).
  • Interest in growing as a facilitator or instructional designer as part of your career development.
