Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide training initiatives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging learning experiences, strengthen employee capabilities, support compliance requirements, and foster professional development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate training needs across departments and recommend solutions that address skill gaps and workforce development.
  • Create, facilitate, and enhance learning programs covering new hire onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and required compliance education.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with applicable regulations and organizational standards.
  • Deliver learning through a variety of formats, including classroom instruction, virtual sessions, e-learning, self-guided courses, and blended learning experiences.
  • Monitor training metrics and participant feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employee development and engagement in learning initiatives.
  • Develop communication strategies that increase awareness and participation in training programs.
  • Support organizational initiatives by designing learning solutions that help employees adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while balancing shifting priorities and meeting established deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering employee training programs within a corporate environment; experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to effectively engage audiences at various organizational levels.
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and utilizing digital learning technologies.
