Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join the firm as part of our Human Resources team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
  • Create and curate high-quality learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Lead medium-to-large scale L&D projects, including assessment, scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution
  • Translate business and performance challenges into effective learning solutions that meet quality, accessibility, and branding standards
  • Partner with the internal stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the firm to develop and deliver content in all modalities (in-person, virtual, online courses, videos)
  • In collaboration with the Global L&D Director, design, develop, pilot, evaluate, and deliver new learning experiences and programs
  • Create courses and other learning content using appropriate authoring or editing software (e.g., Articulate (Storyline & Rise), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
  • Leverage artificial intelligence, the Learning Management System, and other emerging technologies to design, deploy, and continuously improve scalable, effective learning experiences
  • Plan, organize, and manage L&D workshops/events including logistics, materials, vendor coordination, and communications
  • Facilitate or provide support for in-person and virtual classes
  • Design and deploy course surveys, translating learner feedback into actionable improvements to instructional content, learning effectiveness, and the learner experience
  • Develop and maintain L&D metrics and analytics, translating data into insights that inform learning decisions and improvements
  • Stay current with L&D trends, technologies, and methodologies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent workplace experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate L&D experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience and LMS administration
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
  • Proficient in using instructional design and editing tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
    • In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources.
    • In Excel, aggregate and analyze data to identify insights and trends.
    • In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks.
    • In Teams/SharePoint, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to balance collaboration with others and independent work to get things done efficiently
  • Ability to travel, which will be based on the needs of the firm or program

This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
