Local to Dallas- Contract - 8 months
Do you excel working on projects across a variety of capabilities and functional areas, and work well in a collaborative and highly matrixed environment? Can you lead an end-to-end design, planning, and execution of an Early Career Development Program, partnering with HR, SMEs, and firm leadership to develop a curriculum across professional development, business acumen, and project delivery? Do you have experience with industry-standard project management methodologies and managing Agile projects that provide the best solutions for unique business issues and opportunities our clients face?

โ€ข You have demonstrated experience in planning and leading learning and development projects.
โ€ข You excel at establishing and facilitating ongoing project reviews of scope, resources, schedule, and budget.
โ€ข You can manage stakeholder engagement and expectations during the lifecycle of projects.
