About the Role:

If you are someone who thrives on clarity, timelines, follow-through, and accountability - and you're comfortable chasing down inputs from busy stakeholders - this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Own and execute the end-to-end learning portfolio strategy, including project timelines, delivery plans, and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead the Product Launch Readiness (PLR) program, maintaining visibility into launches and GTM priorities
  • Manage the content library, ensuring accuracy, version control, and alignment with current positioning
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders and ensure execution momentum
  • Implement and improve operational processes to create scalable execution systems
  • Oversee quality assurance, SME review cycles, and final content deployment
  • Provide regular status updates and risk management to leadership

What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or enablement operations
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive timelines and maintain accountability
  • Exceptional organizational and operational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong follow-through and professional persistence

Bonus Points:
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Learning & Development
  • Background in product launch readiness or GTM execution
  • Proficiency with content management systems (Highspot) and learning platforms (Docebo)
  • Direct sales or field experience
  • Content development and writing skills
