1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:The Lead Learning Strategist leads the learning strategy for the Enterprise Sales and Service Portfolio, partnering with senior business leaders, HR partners, and learning teams to identify capability needs, shape portfolio priorities, and design strategic learning solutions that drive business outcomes. This role translates business strategy into scalable learning and capability plans, with a focus on sales effectiveness, service excellence, leader readiness, and teammate performance. The Lead Learning Strategist manages complex initiatives, influences cross-functional stakeholders, and provides strategic direction to ensure learning investments are aligned to enterprise priorities and measurable business impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads the learning strategy for the Enterprise Sales and Service Portfolio, aligning capability priorities to business goals, workforce needs, and enterprise learning objectives.

2. Partners with senior business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand sales, service, leadership, and teammate capability needs.

3. Translates business priorities, performance trends, and skill gaps into strategic learning roadmaps, portfolio plans, and scalable capability solutions.

4. Leads the design and development of comprehensive learning strategies, curricula, programs, and enablement solutions aligned to organizational strategy and teammate development goals.

5. Analyzes complex learning needs and business challenges to recommend innovative, measurable, and scalable learning solutions that improve performance outcomes.

6. Collaborates with Learning Design, Learning Delivery, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and third-party providers to ensure learning solutions are relevant, effective, cost-conscious, and aligned to business priorities.

7. Provides strategic oversight for internal and external learning programs, ensuring quality, engagement, accessibility, adoption, and measurable business impact.

8. Uses learning, workforce, and business data to monitor effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and inform portfolio-level decisions, reporting, and prioritization.

9. Manages major and complex learning and development projects, programs, or processes that span multiple teams, business groups, and stakeholder audiences.

10. Provides strategic guidance, coaching, and direction to learning professionals and project teams involved in learning strategy, design, delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement.
