Applications are being accepted for positions to begin in the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must be licensed by the Minnesota PELSB to teach one or more of the following special education areas:
ACADEMIC AND BEHAVIORAL STRATEGIST
AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS
DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
EMOTIONAL BEHAVIOR DISORDERS
LEARNING DISABILITIES
EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIAL EDUCATION
Applicants eligible to obtain special permissions are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students receiving services through an individual education program and completing special education due process with compliance.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Provide support and accommodations to ensure students' academic success
  • Collaborate with parents and other educators to meet individual student needs
  • Utilize various teaching methods to engage students with diverse learning needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • State certification in Special Education or able to obtain special permissions.
