Learning & Development Coordinator (90-Day Contract)Make an Immediate Impact on Leadership Development

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team on a 90-day contract assignment. This role will provide critical operational support to our Learning & Organization Development team, helping execute leadership development programs that support the growth and success of our leaders across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a learning professional who enjoys managing programs, coordinating training initiatives, and supporting employee development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is an hourly position at $24-$25/hour

What You'll Do

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of leadership and emerging leader development programs by:

  • Coordinating program logistics, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and training materials

  • Supporting administration of the Litmos Learning Management System, including completion reporting and learner communications

  • Maintaining learning calendars, resources, and program documentation

  • Tracking participation and learning metrics and preparing reports for stakeholders

  • Assisting with the organization and distribution of learning materials and assets

  • Providing day-to-day operational support to the Learning & Organization Development team

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
