In this position, you will lead a team responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of flagship leadership development programs for Apple’s Sales business worldwide. You will empower our managers and future talent to develop the capabilities required to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, translating these experiences into stronger everyday practice. You and your team will partner with business leaders and the People Team to evolve leadership initiatives and programs, aligning them closely with succession planning, talent reviews, and broader talent development priorities. Through your leadership, collaboration, and passion for creating solutions, you will improve the effectiveness of our flagship leadership development programs, resulting in world-class experiences for employees, partners, and customers.

Description
In this role, you will:
- Own the strategy, design, and continuous evolution of the organization’s flagship leadership programs, ensuring program relevance and translating expectations into practical skills
- Lead a team of program managers responsible for the planning and development of program roadmaps and special projects that facilitate key initiatives across Apple’s Sales organization
- Ensure business operations run seamlessly and the Apple experience is exceptionally delivered through your committed leadership and role modeling
- Provide encouragement and support to team members, including communicating individual and team goals, identifying areas for mentoring and guidance, and implementing development programs to elevate skills and knowledge
- Identify opportunities to integrate development into the daily flow of work, not just formal learning moments
- Oversee global program operations, planning cycles, and delivery across regions, utilizing participant feedback and business outcomes to track impact and refine approach
- Identify and manage external learning partners, seamlessly integrating their expertise to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with organizational leadership principles
- Partner closely with the People team to align programs with succession planning, talent reviews, and development priorities, serving as a thought partner on leadership capability
- Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to executive leadership to align on strategy, share program impact, and influence decisions and change management
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in leadership development or equivalent with proven success designing organization-wide programs
Advanced AI fluency and ability to anticipate technological and business evolution that drives workplace change
Empathy and tenacity to support the needs of a diverse team, navigate ambiguity, and embrace change
High level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what’s right
Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role
Background in learning and development strategy, program management, sales enablement, and/or similar function
Deep experience in leadership development program design and delivery
Global experience and understanding of cultural nuances to tailor content for diverse audiences and learners
Proficiency with project management frameworks and tools
Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support
Expert communication, executive presentation skills, and facilitation abilities
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to gather business insights, build learning strategies, and influence internally and externally
Ability to set the pace for teams by energizing a sense of urgency, quality, priority, and focus
Sharp business acumen and strategic planning skills to analyze the market beyond the short term, anticipate needs, and propose solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
