Role Overview
The Senior L&D Consultant is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering modern, scalable learning solutions that build critical capabilities for leaders, managers, and employees.
Your Day to Day
Learning Strategy & Architecture: Design enterprise learning frameworks and build role-based, career-stage learning journeys that are aligned to our enterprise-wide strategy and integrated into the flow of work.
Manager and Leadership Development: Own the development and execution of a comprehensive suite of leadership programs and curricula for first-time managers, mid-level managers, and senior leaders.
Enterprise Learning & Capacity Building: Lead skill and competency assessments and own the design of targeted skill-building programs in critical areas like AI, analytics, and new associate success.
Program Design, Delivery and Innovation: Develop blended, innovative learning solutions (digital, live, experiential, AI-enabled), manage vendor relationships, and drive innovation by incorporating modern learning technology.
Inclusion & Belonging: Design and deliver learning solutions that are inclusive by design, ensuring content, delivery, and access promote a culture of belonging and equip leaders to manage diverse teams effectively.

We're Looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years in L&D or talent development.
  • Strong instructional design expertise.
  • Experience building enterprise-wide programs.
  • Knowledge of digital and other progressive technology-enabled learning platforms.
  • Master's degree is preferred.

Salary Range: $125,910.00 - $153,890.00
The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
