Role OverviewThe Fleet Strategy Program Manager is responsible for leading and governing fleet‐wide strategic programs addressing recurring technical, operational, and commercial detractors. This role owns the program lifecycle including problem definition, prioritization, cross‐functional alignment, execution tracking, and value realization. The position serves as the integrator across RAM Engineering, Service Operations, Product Lines, Portfolio Risk, and Commercial teams, providing program structure, cadence, and transparency. Success requires strong program management discipline, executive‐level communication, and the ability to balance technical depth with strategic decision‐making.Key Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of fleet strategy programs aligned to fleet reliability, availability, maintainability, and performance objectives.Translate fleet risks and detractors into scoped programs with defined objectives, metrics, timelines, and decision gates.Maintain program roadmaps aligned with priorities, outage opportunities, and business planning cycles.Develop project plans, schedules, and track milestones and deliverables.Ensure timely delivery of technical objectives within budget and resource constraints.Lead cross‐functional program teams across RAM Engineering, Service Operations, Product Lines, Portfolio Risk, Commercial, and Execution groups.Establish and run program governance including reviews, decision forums, and escalations.Drive alignment on scope, trade‐offs, and sequencing across competing initiatives.Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.Track progress, risks, and issues; identify and resolve blockers.Analyze technical and project data to measure progress and outcomes.Maintain documentation and reporting mechanisms supporting transparency and decision‐making.Support executive summaries and reporting on fleet strategy execution.Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.Support consistent ways of working across Fleet Strategy, Fleet Implementation, and Improvement Works programs.Develop tools and integrate best practices to streamline processes.Partner with Business Intelligence teams to define data needs, dashboards, and insights.Apply structured change management to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) and at least five years of program management or power generation experience.Preferred: Experience with SCRUM/AGILE or PMP certification.Strong communication skills including technical interpretation and presentation abilities.Strong mathematical skills including algebra, geometry, percentages, and proportions.Ability to reason, draw valid conclusions, and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency with database, project management, spreadsheet, word processing, email, graphics, and technical diagram software.
