Overview:
Belcan is seeking a Program Manager to support value stream integration efforts within an advanced aerospace manufacturing, assembly, and test environment. This role will provide hands-on project management and operational support to sustain Obeya room activities focused on improving delivery performance across a complex component portfolio.
The Program Manager will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project visibility, and driving execution across engineering, facilities, and construction workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain integrated project schedules
* Support creation and upkeep of project planning documents and execution plans
* Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and stakeholder coordination
* Document and distribute meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
* Act as a liaison between technical equipment engineering, facilities engineering, and construction teams
* Own and drive action plans, including tracking progress and supporting issue resolution
* Maintain and update project tracking tools, including MIRO boards and Smartsheet dashboards
Required Qualifications:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Experience supporting cross-functional program or project management efforts
* Familiarity with digital collaboration and tracking tools such as MIRO and Smartsheet
* Experience developing and managing action plans, including issue tracking and problem-solving
* Working knowledge of supply chain processes and quality requirements in a manufacturing environment
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing industry experience
* Engineering or technical background (degree or equivalent experience)
* Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
* Prior experience supporting Obeya rooms, value stream initiatives, or lean environments

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $35.00-$40.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
