Job Description:
The Learning & Development Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and logistical support for learning and development programs across the organization. This role ensures learning initiatives are delivered efficiently, training records are maintained accurately, and learners, managers, and business stakeholders receive a seamless learning experience. The coordinator serves as a key link between the L&D team, field operations, and learners to support capability development, compliance, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Program Coordination
  • Support learning advisors with the coordination of learning activities, training schedules, and program logistics.
  • Maintain training calendars and communicate program details to participants and partners.
  • Engage with Field Trainers to provide updates, answer questions, and support successful execution of training initiatives. Administer bonus processes, including tracking eligibility, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely and accurate bonus payments.

Learner & Partner Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for learning-related questions.
  • Partner with managers, P&C partners, recruiting, and business stakeholders to support training participation and completion.
  • Coordinate training plans for new hires, promotions, and leadership development programs.
  • Provide timely communication regarding enrollment, prerequisites, travel, and training expectations.
  • Process course enrollments, completions, certifications, and training documentation.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare and distribute training reports and dashboards.
  • Track learning participation, completion rates, compliance status, and program effectiveness metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Continuous Improvement
  • Find opportunities to streamline processes and enhance both L&D operations and the learner experience.
  • Support process documentation and standardization efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of job aids, guides, and resource materials.
  • Participate in special projects and strategic L&D initiatives.

Qualifications
Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.

Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, learning administration, HR, operations support, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise learning programs preferred.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-service mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
