Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of the AUEN Academy while serving as the Product Owner for the Academy platform. Each day, you will ensure learning programmes are delivered effectively, learners have a seamless experience, and the Academy platform continues to evolve to meet business needs. You will also showcase your expertise by working closely with Learning Designers, SMEs, HR, IT teams, developers, vendors, and regional stakeholders to drive learning adoption, platform enhancements, reporting, and operational excellence across AUEN

This role is contributing to the AUEN Academy within Automation & Electrification (AUEN). Main stakeholders include Sales Excellence, HR, Learning & Development teams, Subject Matter Experts, regional business leaders, platform vendors, IT teams, developers, and Academy learners across all HUBs.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading the end-to-end execution of Academy programmes, including learner enrolment, certification tracking, onboarding pathways, programme launches, communications, and regional rollouts.
  • Acting as Product Owner for the AUEN Academy platform, managing the roadmap, enhancement backlog, release planning, testing, user acceptance validation, and continuous platform improvement.
  • Administering learning systems and LMS platforms, managing user access, content administration, reporting, governance, issue resolution, and first-line learner support.
  • Driving learner engagement, adoption, analytics, operational governance, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement to ensure the Academy delivers measurable business impact.


Qualifications for the role

  • You have experience in Learning Operations, Learning & Development, LMS Administration, Training Administration, Programme Coordination, Product Ownership, or a related field
  • You are highly skilled in Learning Operations, Programme Coordination, LMS Administration, Learning Technologies, and Digital Learning Platforms.
  • You have experience working with software vendors, developers, IT teams, or digital product environments and can effectively gather requirements, prioritise enhancements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • You are passionate about creating exceptional learner experiences and driving platform adoption through continuous improvement, communication, and engagement initiatives.
  • You possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience using data to drive decisions, monitor adoption, measure impact, and support business outcomes.
  • You have excellent organisational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographical regions.
  • You are at ease communicating in English. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, AI-enabled learning tools, Agile methodologies, or learning platform ecosystems would be advantageous
