  • Develop and execute innovative sales and go-to-market strategies
  • Continuously explore new approaches to expand business and increase market presence
Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME), delivering vendor training and enabling internal sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to drive coordinated execution
  • Provide guidance and support to peers on complex sales challenges and opportunities
  • Contribute to team development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and best practices
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and deal negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working with vendors, channel partners, or technology distribution models

  • Financial acumen (P&L management, margin optimization)
  • Relationship-building and negotiation
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
  • Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
