Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. QCD associates also help run a national non-profit, the GSF Foundation.

Order Selector – Spokane Valley, WA 99216 What You’ll Do: You’ll join our Spokane warehouse crew to pick and move products safely and accurately in support of customer orders. In This Role, You’ll: 
  • Pick and build customer orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery schedules.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
  • Work in refrigerated, freezer, and dry warehouse zones.
  • Verify products for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities.
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track orders.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with company standards.
  What You’ll Bring:
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
  • At least 6 months of experience using warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Comfort working on your feet for long periods (standing, walking, bending, twisting).
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
The Schedule & Setting:
  • Full-time role in Spokane, WA.
  • 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. shifts, Saturdays off.
  • Warehouse environment with varied temperature zones.
Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Range (Base Pay):   $20/hr
  • Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Voluntary Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal, Life, and AD&D); Pet Insurance
  • Retirement Benefits:  401(k)
  • Paid Time Off: You’ll accrue up to 40 hours of vacation in your first year, with time available to use after completing 12 months of continuous employment
  • Paid Holidays:  6 calendar holidays, plus 3 floating holidays per year.
  • Paid Sick Leave: 1 hour of sick for every 40 hours worked (no cap), available for use after 90 days
