SPS Global is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Facility Services Associate to support day-to-day office operations and facilities services. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized, functional, and professional workplace environment while delivering excellent customer support to employees and visitors.
The Facility Services Associate plays a key role in office services, mail and shipping operations, conference room support, inventory management, and light facilities coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a positive workplace experience.
This role may include operating forklifts for shipping and receiving support and requires a valid driver's license for transportation-related tasks. Familiarity with hazardous shipping procedures is a plus, and training will be provided on the S.A.P. inventory system.
What You'll Do:
This role focuses on workplace operations, facilities support, and customer service excellence.
Mail & Shipping Operations
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Process outgoing shipments and support business center operations
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including forklift operation when needed
  • Support inventory accuracy using the S.A.P. inventory system

Office & Facilities Support
  • Assist with inventory and maintenance of office furniture and equipment
  • Perform light repairs and basic troubleshooting for facilities issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for onsite maintenance and service needs
  • Support office moves and workspace setup
  • Set up conference rooms and assist with meetings and events, including catering coordination
  • Maintain office supply, pantry, copier, and printer inventories
  • Keep kitchens, copy rooms, offices, and conference rooms organized and presentable
  • Provide light cleaning and tidying throughout shared office spaces

Customer & Workplace Support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
  • Provide backup reception and front desk coverage as needed
  • Support copy/print and business center services
  • Respond to workplace requests with professionalism, flexibility, and urgency

Required

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to use or learn workplace technology including handheld scanners, email, Teams, Slack, or Google Workspace
