We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused representative who enjoys learning technical aspects of products and services.

Job responsibilities include:

• Knowledgeable representative for product expertise while recognizing opportunities to cross sell and foster new potential sales opportunities.
• Develop, nurture, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Utilize multiple lead sources to identify and add new business opportunities with key contacts (engineers, contractors, homebuilders, etc.)
• Add new opportunities to the sales pipeline while advancing existing opportunities in the sales process. Maintain decentralized project and contact database (CRM).
• Territory management responsibility to include regular distributor contact, coordinating product demos, presentations opportunities and sales programs, issuing product certifications, prospecting, and maintaining customer relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, tech support, outside sales and customer service to resolve customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

Associates degree preferred, 3+ years of sales related experience (or a combination of degree and experience) , excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must! Strong technical aptitude with problem solving skills. Good computer and CRM experience preferred.
