Position Summary...The Facility Services Field Training Leader develops and leads training strategies that build technical capability, strengthen field execution, and support the upskilling of Facility Services associates. This role partners with Facility Services, Academy, Operations, trade schools, and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, create scalable learning solutions, and build talent pipelines that support current and future business needs.What you'll do...
  • Develop and execute upskilling strategies that improve technical proficiency, field readiness, safety awareness, problem-solving capability, and career growth for Facility Services associates.
  • Lead the development of training programs, performance support tools, field resources, and blended learning solutions that address learner needs, knowledge gaps, work environments, and business priorities.
  • Partner with Facility Services leadership, Academy, Operations, Technology, trade schools, and other business partners to align training solutions with operational needs, infrastructure, and company priorities.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with trade schools, technical colleges, workforce development organizations, and external training providers to support apprenticeships, certifications, internships, and long-term talent pipelines.
  • Evaluate training feedback, performance data, and field insights to improve learning strategies, drive consistency, support continuous improvement, and ensure training programs deliver measurable business impact.

  • Strong ability to identify business needs, learner needs, capability gaps, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Experience developing or delivering training programs, blended learning solutions, performance support tools, field resources, job aids, or associate development programs.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional partners, field teams, trade schools, and workforce development organizations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on associate growth, technical upskilling, and continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
