THE TEAM At Rosewood Calistoga, the Talent & Culture team plays a vital role in creating an exceptional associate experience and fostering a workplace culture rooted in Relationship Hospitality. Working closely with leaders and associates across the resort, the team supports recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, compliance, and people-focused programs that help associates thrive. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, the Talent & Culture Assistant serves as an important resource for associates, candidates, and leaders while helping ensure the seamless administration of Talent & Culture operations. YOUR ROLE As Talent & Culture Assistant, you will support the Talent & Culture Division in delivering exceptional service throughout the associate lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to associate engagement, recordkeeping, communications, and compliance, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for all associates. This position is ideal for a highly organized and service-oriented professional who enjoys helping people succeed, creating positive experiences, and contributing to a culture where associates feel valued and supported. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE * Support the daily administration of Talent & Culture programs, policies, procedures, and associate services. * Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding processes to create an exceptional candidate experience. * Welcome new associates and help deliver engaging orientation and onboarding experiences that reflect the Rosewood culture. * Maintain accurate personnel records, employment documentation, organizational charts, and staffing information while safeguarding confidentiality. * Assist with associate engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, celebrations, and special events that strengthen workplace culture. * Support training and development programs, benefits administration, payroll documentation, compliance initiatives, and employee lifecycle processes across the resort.
