Jackson Family Wines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Brand Marketing team in executing annual strategic brand plans. This position supports both the Spire and Estate divisions within the Jackson Family Wines portfolio.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in process and project management across the Brand Marketing team and its business partners, ensuring timelines are met and initiatives are executed with excellence. This role provides administrative and financial support while contributing to cross-functional coordination and brand execution.
This position will dedicate approximately 60% of time supporting a core set of priority brands (Lokoya, Cardinale, La Jota, Mt. Brave, Caladan, Jett, Brewer-Clifton, Diatom, Ex Post Facto, Arrowood), with the remaining 40% supporting broader initiatives across the Spire, Estates, and Impact portfolios, requiring adaptability and strong cross-brand collaboration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
  • Partner with brand leadership to manage project timelines and traffic execution, coordinating across departments, agencies, and vendors
  • Support development and execution of marketing campaigns and collateral
  • Track marketing budgets, including invoice coding, auditing, routing, and reconciliation
  • Create and maintain reports (e.g., Business Objects, IRI, production trackers) and consolidate key insights for the Brand Marketing team
  • Generate, manage, and fulfill point-of-sale (POS) materials and vintage release assets
  • Track and report on wine inventory levels; coordinate ordering and shipment of wine samples
  • Coordinate and execute events, including trade visits, winemaker travel, incentive trips, and educational experiences
  • Support packaging update processes in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate brand positioning, key selling points, and initiatives to Sales, DTC, and International partners
  • Assist with brand photoshoots and content capture
  • Manage and organize digital asset databases
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (Microsoft Copilot) to streamline workflows, generate first-draft documents, and improve operational efficiency
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance speed, consistency, and quality of marketing outputs through technology-enabled solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfort with AI-assisted tools (Copilot) for content creation, reporting, and workflow optimization
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

WAGE TRANSPARENCY:
The annual salary for this role ranges from $71,000 - $80,000. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
