In this highly visible role, you'll partner with local and global teams to deliver projects that support operational excellence, business growth, and continuous improvement.

From capital investments and facility expansions to product introductions, technology transfers, and product relocations, you will play a key role in bringing complex projects to life. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional experts, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead projects from concept through execution while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational objectives.

  • Build strong relationships across global and local cross-functional teams.

  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive timely project decisions.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or a related discipline.

  • Experience managing capital, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related projects.

  • Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, execution, and performance management.

  • Experience working within Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) systems, manufacturing frameworks, or similar operational excellence programs is highly preferred.

  • Project Management certification or advanced project management training is considered a strong asset.

  • Ability to influence and coordinate resources across teams without direct reporting authority, supported by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
